Data we collect

Account details (email, username), the wellness data you enter or connect (food, water, workouts, weight, sleep, steps, reminders, habits), chat messages with the assistant, device push tokens, and basic crash and usage logs.

How we use it

To provide the app, sync your data across devices, personalize targets and reminders, and operate the AI assistant. Assistant messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies.

Health platform data

If you connect Health Connect or Apple Health, we read only the data types you approve (steps, sleep, workouts, heart rate) to show in Kinfit. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings, or at /account-deletion.
