You can delete your account and all associated data in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

What is deleted

Your profile, goals, food, water, workout, weight, sleep, step, reminder and habit data, chat history, subscriptions records and device tokens are permanently removed. Backups are purged within 30 days. Minimal audit records without personal content may be retained as required by law.
